I’ll admit I’ve been hanging around AR for awhile just trying to understand the basics. I can’t believe how much information is here! I’ve been back in the gym for about three months now. I’m a 5’ 8” male and currently weighing in at 182 lbs w/ 20% body fat. I turned 36 this year and noticed things aren’t quite the same. In the past it was really easy to gain or lose at will. A trainer recommended that I schedule to get some blood work done to see what my thyroid and testosterone are doing. That’s how I ended up at AR and doing my research.
