Gyno question for friend....

I am posting this on behalf of a friend who will be checking the reply's for an answer. Thanks in advance for your reply's.

This is what he wrote me:

Basically gyno will NOT go away
-tren, test e, winny 14 weeks (feb - may)
-ran letro throughout cycle, and nolva
-developed gyno shortly after cycle and proper PCT...
-took 1.5 months worth of letro to combat gyno in july/august
-now december almost and still have lump, kinda painful, leaks if squeezed hard.
thoughts, advice to combat this?

it's on the smaller side... any suggestions other than surgery.

Well if all the medicinal remedies you already mentioned didn't do the trick, then is a distinct possibility that surgery may unfortunately be the only option left.
