kraft dinner is garbage from a bodybuilders stand point. sure, some people can get away with eating it, but if your like most of us our metabolism just isn't that fast. i tend to stay away from anything processed.

I just googled it, in the UK its called cheesey pasta. Its rubbish. processed crap with no protein. Better off eating a burger if you want to cheat, at least it has meat in it.
