    opinions on kraft dinner

    just looking for opinions on kraft dinner... i like eating a whole box to my self. usually couple times a week

    thats not true, i got a friend who eats that shit everyday twice a day and is leaner than you. not saying i would eat it, but its not gonna make you fat eating a box every now and then.

    kraft dinner is garbage from a bodybuilders stand point. sure, some people can get away with eating it, but if your like most of us our metabolism just isn't that fast. i tend to stay away from anything processed.

    Yup.

    Not a good idea for cutting. It's ok during a dirty bulk, but I wouldn't eat it. I'd rather spend my time eating something better.

    i bet it would sure taste much better than my 8 over medium eggs and oatmeal shake i just had tho.

    I just googled it, in the UK its called cheesey pasta. Its rubbish. processed crap with no protein. Better off eating a burger if you want to cheat, at least it has meat in it.

    Toss in a can of veggies..and a can of tuna...some ketchup and i'm there!!!!

    Of course.. i'm not you.. and you shouldn't use this as a gauge in your choosing whether to eat it or not

    i always considered kraft mac n cheese as as side dish or a single mom's quick fix for the youngens....either way....always hated that shiat...even as a kid....i know a lot of ppl that love it though...give me those over medium eggs and oats any day....for cheat mac n cheese...Stouffer's all the way

    ^^ that means you'd be shocked if i posted my offseason 'diet' (which i won't )

    I'll just say... i probably ingest 12-30 whole eggs (i don't cut the yolks)...and a bunch of other stuff that most would shun.


    I half expect Faiz to jump in on this thread to comment on my 12-egg omelete and whole wheat crackers and 1/2 litre of OJ that i was chowing down on when i was talking to him the other day on msn.
