Thanks Kale...I actually read and re-read each of the stickies in this forum. I have tried them out and that is why I posted the questions. My goal, like everyone elses is to gain lean mass...So I tried following the bulk sticky and I gained fat...then I tried the cutting and I still gained fat....so now I am thinking there is something wrong with my metabolism. I wanted to know how to get it going again because no matter how few cals i am eating, I still manage to put on weight.
