OK...I finally convinced myself to post a sample diet. I had been reluctant to do from fear of being laughed and treated like I'm an idiot. But I guess the only way for me to learn what I am doing wrong is to post a sample diet.
I figured the easiest way for me to show this was to attach a jpeg of a screenshot I took from my EXCEL worksheet.
The idea I had was to limit carb meals to only 3 per day to limit the amount of insulin spikes. The carb meals are during breakfast, an hour or so befor a workout, and immediately following a workout.
Please feel free to provide useful and constructive criticisms so that I can better learn how to set up a proper diet.
STATS:
I am 32 years old, 5'6", 195 lbs and approx. 15% bf (maybe a bit less). I am currently trying a lean bulk.
