    Exclamation need critique for this sample diet please

    OK...I finally convinced myself to post a sample diet. I had been reluctant to do from fear of being laughed and treated like I'm an idiot. But I guess the only way for me to learn what I am doing wrong is to post a sample diet.

    I figured the easiest way for me to show this was to attach a jpeg of a screenshot I took from my EXCEL worksheet.

    The idea I had was to limit carb meals to only 3 per day to limit the amount of insulin spikes. The carb meals are during breakfast, an hour or so befor a workout, and immediately following a workout.

    Please feel free to provide useful and constructive criticisms so that I can better learn how to set up a proper diet.

    STATS:

    I am 32 years old, 5'6", 195 lbs and approx. 15% bf (maybe a bit less). I am currently trying a lean bulk.

    hmm is the beef you refer to in your diet steak? or is it some other source..?

    oh...it is actually lean ground beef.

    Using the input from my other post on carb cycling, if I wanted to carb cycle this diet (so day 1 is high carb, day 2 medium, day 3 no carbs) and repeat, would that be ok calorie wise?

    So on medium carb day, I would just half the amount of carbs from the diet I attached, and on no carb day, I would entirely eliminate them. Is that too drastic or should I leave that option for when I am cutting?

    sorry...i forgot to include the efa's in the spreadsheet. I take a total of 10g of efa's...5g with each protein shake.

    lean bulk on 2700 cals? Ive cut on that before...
