Has anyone played around with a higher dose than 1500mgs/day and noticed a positive outcome ? Or any difference at all .
I have heard that people who are really hard on their bodies should take a higher dosage .

i would assume that is correct. it seems natural that one who is harder on his/her body needs more protection. glucosamine is a lifesaver.
