ok guys...first time throwin pics up. GO EASY ON ME OK?? just started my 3rd cycle..current weight is 197lbs.height 5'9". Bodyfat is a bit higher than I would like right now due to a crazy work schedule the past month.Now its quiet again & I'm hittin it hard again.I will try to post pics every few weeks during the cycle..
Quads are lacking I know-I had ACL repalcement about 8months ago & i still have scar tissue & pain so Its hard to do good leg workouts--I'm trying to push thru it. I pretty much know what I need to bring up but I'm curious what you guys think...good or bad--it will just be motivation.
