    getnjakked pics

    ok guys...first time throwin pics up. GO EASY ON ME OK?? just started my 3rd cycle..current weight is 197lbs.height 5'9". Bodyfat is a bit higher than I would like right now due to a crazy work schedule the past month.Now its quiet again & I'm hittin it hard again.I will try to post pics every few weeks during the cycle..
    Quads are lacking I know-I had ACL repalcement about 8months ago & i still have scar tissue & pain so Its hard to do good leg workouts--I'm trying to push thru it. I pretty much know what I need to bring up but I'm curious what you guys think...good or bad--it will just be motivation.

    Deff clean that diet up and keep hitting it hard in the gym. You just lack muscle maturity and depth but have a good base to work from. Make compound movements a staple to your workouts in 07. Goodwork!

    guys--thanks for the positive comments...I am truly humbled by you guys. I know there is MAJOR room for improvement & thats exactly what I intend to do..the ACL surgery really hurt my training for about 2-3months & obviously my quads show that.Diet is now on point including treadmill sessions 4x a week for 40mins(10.0incline-3.0 speed). Thanks again & I will be taking progress pics every few weeks or so..

    lookin good mate. I would say that I**s advice is sound. Sort out diet and concentrate on some heavy compound lifting to add some density. Good luck and keep us posted.

    I had a knot removed from the RT nips a few months back...there is no lump on the left but I would say there is a bit of puffyness there.. I may get it looked at.my b/f isnt below 10 obviously so I'm hoping it gets less puffy aas I get leaner..

    thanks for the feedback guys - I appreciate it.. diet is good now--cardio kicked in..improvements comin!!

    what body fat are u? im guessing 13%? damn thick, im 5'9 and 165. saw a guy at 194 but wasnt looking 194. hope i look like u at 197.
    nice sized bicep/chest/shoulders especially

    thanks fosk...i'm a bit more than 13% but thanks for that! I was 198 this am on the scale... thanks for the props...stay tuned-I'm just getting started.

    Foskamink you must not like me do you? I never said I was a good looking 194 dude. I was just happy to be down from 204. Im down to 189 now and holding strengh good, so im getting there man, I know im not a solid 190 anything and ill probably be 180 before I start even looking good. I was simply posting my pictures to see what people thought and if I had a good base or what I needed to work on. I havent cycled yet and im not ready to, but I am learning, researching and getting my body ready to start. And thats whats important to me. I think you look good at 18 and by the time your 23 like me you will look better than I do, and im happy for you. And just so I dont make you mad again I'll wait until I look like a stud before I post pictures of myself. And if I happen to post pics before you liking. Please keep your comments to yourself if your just gonna flame me dude. Sorry to hijack your thread!!! getnjacked, You do look solid man, keep up the good work!

    damn i just typed a whole reply but it failed, so i start again. sorry man i dont mean to flame or be rude. just different body type u have and we all hold fat and muscle and water different. ur lbs and bf is excellent and what i want to be in the future. but i was just thrown off by the pictures. cant give acurate idea on the internet. sorry for the comment, im positive towards u, because ur in great shape. just the pictures dont give u justice. if u know what i mean. try a diff pose maybe. dont be offended i didnt mean to.

    Bro you have a good base, I'ld like to see you get up to about 225lbs before you start your pre contest diet. no reason to be on the treadmill right now, of course thats assuming your doing this for a competition next year. hitthose shoulders hard and bring them out a bit more, you will be fine. need any help just holla.

    This is pretty much what I would say too ! not bad at 197, but there isn't as much definition as could be due to BF%.

    Looks like a decent start though. Nipps do look a little puffy so keep an eye on that for future cycles.

    Diet will get you to the definiton !!!!! Overall you got good size going, just need to be able to see it better with a lower BF

    right now your strongest pose is your front double bis. You're looking pretty good, but I would suggest cutting down to 8-10% so you can really see your muscle, then you can figure out which parts you really need to work on most. Keep up the hard work!

    starting to look better, just keep working on getting that bodyfat down and you will be ripped!!

    you appear to be on the right track, the shoulders seem to be lacking in comparison to the rest, IMHO. Keep it up.
