Was there a specific traumatic incident, or did it just start hurting? And where is it located...upper/inner or upper/outer back?

not exactly sure,i believe the normal protocol.he does have me stand back to the wall and has me take a deep breath and then rams me into it,back cracks for like a minute.i then move onto ultrasound.he seems to know what he is doing cause he was the strength coach for a local football team.the pain comes and goes,i have a heavy repetitive lifting job so i am constantly working my upper body, also mid cycle right now and pushi myself hard.i alternate between the heating pad/ice packs to icy hot, appreciate the responses bros!!!
