Hah I was experimenting yesterday and I made this great shake!
Check this out:
6oz skim milk
2oz water
1 banana
1/4 cup apple flavored oats
1/4 cup regular oats
2 scoops whey ( I use ISOPURE, 20g protein,0 fat,0 carbs per scoop)
4 ice cubes
Blend it good, man tastes so good!
