Doc its gonstead base with a lot of updated course

This guy pays attention to detail and is ready to answer anything i have for him.

He tells me that everything starts from the celebellum and that the spin and pelvic uses this to allign itself.

He explained to me why my pelvic has to be realigned each time, its because of my neck vertebrae being at 16 degree and not properly alligned.

He showed me x rays of another patient that has degenerative disk disease in the neck, that was ugly after a 2 month span he was able to reajust is neck to a positive curve and the patient was able to start a normal life again with a lot less pain.

He said that my case is really not that advance and that the results will be good, i just have to give it time.

He said to stay away from weight training for the time being and do some walking 1 hour if possible and elliptical machine 30 minutes a day if possible. He said to keep my head straight when i do this.

Doc what is your opinion on this, does this make sense or its just dumb?

He also said that the neck exercise that where given to me where really bad, pushing the back of your head against a wall, and pulling the neck, he said it really doesnt help the natural curve of the neck.

He also gave me the exemple of a small child when you tell them to stand straight, he said at some point they are gonna forget to do it and go back to normal, he said this is why the adjustments are important to rebalance the natural balance.

The other chiros i have seen told me that my posture was awful and to stand straight, he tells me its insane and stupid of there part to say this when the curve of the spin is so out of alignment

All in all i think and hope to God that this time i am on the right track.

I do feel the adjustment in my neck and think that what he says makes a lot of sense.

I will have another treatment on Monday plus a lot more information.

i think the gonstead guys are the best adjusters and are very thorough, but i dont like that "temperature vetebrae thermometer"crap, but i do like how they analyze their xrays, if he incorporates any bio physics in his pacakage, youare in real good hands all and all

I will ask him tonight when i see him, i know he wants me to do some exerises, he made me stop the hard ball massage against the wall, and the streching that the other guy gave me.

Yeah when i got there on Wednesday last week my x rays had all sort of angle and drawings on them, and he said that he had to reajust my neck cause it was at 16 degree.

Apparently that temperture device is quit good, and it really tells him which vertebrae to adjust, he is not like the other chiro losers that i seen in the past, each time he adjust my neck i really adjust some vertebrae, not like the other chiros who only cracked my neck.

Another thing Doc i regain most of the weight lost during my lower carbing cycle but good news is that i am not that fat, or overweight, so when i do start training again i will have 220 pounds to work with.

I might try a cycle of equipose and test to get back into it, i got the list from steroid.com cycle is around 500$ with PCT and everything else.
