This stuff seems pretty good. Might wanna try it out. I found it for about $12, but thats only for 7 packets. The price, if thats expensive, might be the only draw back. But its packed with 34g of protein and 25g of whole oats.

there discusting...and it is exactly that oats with there whey protein in the packet.....when u open the packet the oats pour out and then u see the whey protein that is in the packet also....would taste better and be cheaper to just make yourself because i dont like the way there whey(lol) taste
