    i found this while on google its a pdf file of the entire book!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks for the link, but I can't really say anything about the copyright thing...
    I posted a thread a month or so ago on here with a link to a pdf. copy of Anabolics 2006...the link got shot down, but at least I have alternative links to it that are not controlled.

    haha, oh man on the 2nd page of that pdf the guy claims to have gone from 5'7 135lbs to 230lbs @9% in 30 months w/o AAS!?

    Yeah, I skimmed that book before. Some interesting stuff on nutrition, metabolism, creatine...but would recommend a different book for AS.
