    EQ cycle

In a EQ cycle would you say that the weight gain is minimal? Like in a 12 week cycle would it add weight or just get you lean and tight? Any help would be great thanks.

Very vague question and entirely diet dependant. But typically EQ is known for small yet continious gains.

so at 400 - 500mg 12 week cycle with a lean diet and a lot of cardio, what kind of weight would be put on ballpark number.

Again, very vague. First cycle and a poor base, 15-20lbs. Numerous cycles and a strong base, 3-5lbs. And of course, all diet dependant.

If this is your first cycle, and you have poor stats, such as 175lbs 13%bf, then big gains are possible. If you've cycled numerous times, and have strong stats, such as 210lbs 8%bf, then you can expect a lot less from the small dosage of EQ.

Mostly EQ is just gonna put lean amount of weight and tighten me up a little. I was figuring that it put on at the most between 5-8 pounds.

Again, there is no certain answer for this. It's entirely up to your diet, training, rest, and genetics. For me, 500mg EQ wouldn't do much more for me than a good bulking diet. For you, who knows. But I wouldn't expect much from the hormone itself.
