Very vague question and entirely diet dependant. But typically EQ is known for small yet continious gains.
so at 400 - 500mg 12 week cycle with a lean diet and a lot of cardio, what kind of weight would be put on ballpark number.
Again, very vague. First cycle and a poor base, 15-20lbs. Numerous cycles and a strong base, 3-5lbs. And of course, all diet dependant.

If this is your first cycle, and you have poor stats, such as 175lbs 13%bf, then big gains are possible. If you've cycled numerous times, and have strong stats, such as 210lbs 8%bf, then you can expect a lot less from the small dosage of EQ.

Mostly EQ is just gonna put lean amount of weight and tighten me up a little. I was figuring that it put on at the most between 5-8 pounds.
Again, there is no certain answer for this. It's entirely up to your diet, training, rest, and genetics. For me, 500mg EQ wouldn't do much more for me than a good bulking diet. For you, who knows. But I wouldn't expect much from the hormone itself.Originally Posted by gotjuice28
