Property is just too damn expensive. I can buy a trailer here for $175,000. or I can buy a 5 bedroom somewhat new 2 story house on 2 acres in oregon, wtf!!??
What does everyone think about it? I hear "Once you leave, you can never come back". cause of the property value or something?
Basically my only concern is being able to find a similar career there that will pay roughly the same as I am making now.
Eat, Sleep, Lift...Repeat!

a trailer for 175,000 the ones i saw were in the 300,000.

The house I wanna buy end of next year, maybe 2008, which was my grandparents house until 1960's-2003 is gonna set me back around £600,000 ($1,100,000).
In 2004 they sold it for around $800,000!!!!!!

You should have seen the "prices" in my country on apartments etc...There is no point in posting it as you woundt even belive me...Norway might be the most expensive country in the world, and the incomes doesnt really compensate for that.
I am moving away from home after New Year, and bying an apartment in the city, "must God be with me".
