Hey guys,
here's the deal. i'm on a test e bladder, (animal grade) what i think is 500mg/week. now i don't know if it's cos it's animal grade or cos i just need more test, but i ain't really seeing much improvement apart from some acne on my shoulder's and back. the acne is extremley light but it is there. The test is legit. my training is spot on. when i was natural i gained heaps, i thought on gear i would gain a lot more. what am i doing wrong. any ideas
i eat 4,000 clean calories a day.
Breakfast
2 peices whole wheat toast
4 whole eggs
1 banana
glass skim milk
tablespoon flax/virgin olive oil
Morning snack
meal replacement shake consisting of 40grams protein/40grams carbs in skim milk. OR bowl pasta with whey protein shake
Apple
Lunch
Plate of Peas or mixed vegies
Baked potatoes
chicken breasts
Pre-Workout
Bowl of oatmeal
Whey protein shake in skim milk
Apple
Post workout
simple carbs in a shake for insulin spike
white rice to prevent insulin crash
chicken
1 hour after
some more simple carbs/protein like above
pre-bedtime
2scoops whey in skim milk
1/4 bowl cottage cheese
tablespoon flax/virgin olive oil
When i was natural i gained heaps on this diet. i my training progressed so did my calories and i ate so much that my fat% started rising quite a bit
any ideas are welcomed
