well...from what i recall its not in your best intrest to cut / damage moles in away...but it does happen.. Anywho...put some antibiotic on it and a breathable dressing. Change it bfre bed and hope it dosent scar ( damaged moles have the ability to cause rather large and ugly scars ...not trying to scare you...but its a possiblity) And no...as far as i know...this dosent cause cancer lol.
nope
i cut one on the side of my neck behind my jaw and it was fine after a few days i put nothing on it
LOL from the title I thought this was about a game like Whack a mole at Chucky cheese's.....

You will be fine man, I have a tiny mole above my lip so actually just the other day I cut it shaving, its pretty much a freckle and no one even notices it exists except me, but nothing bad happens if you cut it, actually my roommate hated a mole on his arm and cut it right off and now its gone and hes fine.

My dad surgically removed it and the scar is twice as big as the mole ever was (he said it was larger below the surface of the skin). bigass scar, but it sure as hell doesnt hurt anymore.
my mum told me if you cut a mole you will slowly bleed to death...
Your Dr. should removed and send to a lab for biopsy. Not a big deal,i do that every day like a 20 to 30 time/day.I dont think is nothing wrong with it,but removing it can prevent infection and other minors problems.
