    Proper way to bridge

I've trying to find some info in this matter but everything coming up on the search engine is inconclusive. What is the proper way on doing this? Is ts during Pct? after? when? Also, wich compounds are the best ones? I know about var, primo and Anthony Roberts have even sugested d-bol at 10mg a day, not so sure about last one. Could someone please elaborate in the subject, pros and cons, experiences etc.... I'm looking into it, I would like to try it depending on the feedback of users and the info I can gather, thanks a lot.

Please post stats, training experience, cycle experience(s), age etc...

Bridging with a HRT replacmement dose of testosterone isnt for the beginner, amatuer BB or steroid user IMHO. If its a life for you and career it may be a path to follow. Other than that, self prescribing a HRT dose of testosterone for LIFE isnt something you want to regret 5 years down the line as the consequences could be unknown.

thanks for the advise, if it that serious I'm not gonna even try. I will stick to my regular good diat and my good old supps while off. It sound ed like tjhe long term effecs could be to bad, dont need that for a few pounds of muscle that could be retaing with a little bit of harder effort than bridging. Thanks a lot again, save me from a big pain in the ass

I'm gonna try out taking some Carbolin 19 to bridge between my next two cycles. Including my tribex of course.

suppose to be good, anyone tried it?

You would bridge with compounds what suit your goals, you must consider what your after in BB, alot have tried with bridging and have ran into problems when trying to recover, some stay on a hrt dose for life,

You have to ask yourself why your bridging? what are you trying to achieve with it? i think many should try all other methods to maintain your gains with other compounds than AAS, GH is a wonderful bridging tool and i would recommend this before a test bridge,

But on the otherhand if you have a low test level HRT can drasticly change your life and body.
