Looking for the creatine that gives the most water weight.
Brand & Type?...I'd say creatine mono, but just to be sure..also what brand did you find bloated more than say the other brand?
Thanks

i haven't taken many different types of creatine but when i took cell tech i would get big time bloated. could be due to the fact that there is so much sugar in it.
i'm using American Sports Nutrition, the stuff is awesome. Not much bloat here
wait...why do you want the bloat? i thought people didn't want the bloat?
probaly wants to know which one bloats so he stays away from it?
cell tech= mega bloats
anything with creatine mono that i used bloated me
CellTech has some pretty bad bloats. Most things w/ dextrose are associated with bloating. Vitargo CGL - zero bloat.
Anything that has more than 10000 AMINO ACIDS WILL GET YOU SWOLL OUT OF YOUR MIND
Cell Mass - zero bloat.. Anything monohydrate will prob bloat ya
mono bloats me bad, i bought a massive amount from asn,i think it was solid muscle or something.. i ended up throwing it out. cee and krealkalyn work great for no bloating

I don't think it will help with your joints...
sure it will, same logic your joints get sore on winny just cause it dries the hell out of you
Vitargo CGL contains creatine monohydrate and it doesn't bloat...
Big difference between waxy maize starch creatine loading and dextrose/maltodextrin creatine loading...
mono bloats bad, kre-akalyine i think does, but ethyl-esther creatine does not at all, i personally love it.
Kre-Alkalyn does not bloatOriginally Posted by anabolicarms
