Well I've been browsing the forum for quite some time, and it is without a doubt the best around.
Heres a bit of background info on myself.
Im a fatass, yep thats right FAT. Ive been strictly training for around 6 months now. Cardio 5-6 times a week and lifting 4 times a week. Ive dropped around 35lbs but honestly I never bothered stepping on scale because I was scared. No reason to lie this is the internet.
Im setting reasonable goals thus far trying to lose an average of 40lbs every 6 months. I will be starting a log very soon to keep track of my progress and hopefully motivate someone else into doing what I am doing. Pics/ and etc to come.
For over 5 years I battled with depression, family life/personal and a combination of other things. I am very knowledgabe on dieting and training but never really took my own advice until I saw myself in the mirror one day and put my foot down. I haven't felt good about myself in quite some time, and right now I feel ****ing great!
Granted Im not in the physical level that all of you might be one thing that I do have is the heart and drive to achieve my goals and hopefully with that I can be welcomed onto this site.
