    gyno.. yeah, I know.. distressed.

As it stands, my nipples are sensitive, tender and have a large lump under them. I've had gyno since puberty, and to say the least i'd like to get it removed and be done with it.

General concesus is that surgery is the most effective method to get it removed. I've cut down to 156 @ 11.5% bodyfat (9 point method) and were still extremely visible.

I'd apperciate any comments/suggestions that you guys may have, or people that have had the surgery done. My parents are both physicans, and say that its a mild case. Any second opinions on the severity of my case?

    pictures: 165 @ 14.0% (est)

    thanks in advance guys.

What was your last cycle? Did you take anything for gyno, such as arimidex or letro?
