    Sus 250 PCT help?

    I am on a 10 weeks Sustanon 250, 500mg a week cycle and i was told that for pct i should go on arimidex and nolvadex after my cycle from week 13 to 14 is that right? or any other advice on pct??

    WOW, check out the PCT forum . there are many ways to run PCT, but I would not run it for only two weeks. a month would be minimum and longer sometimes depends on recovery

    I just came off of a sust cycle i took nolva from week 10-12 (20mgs) then did absolutly nothing for one week (week13) then during week 14 i started with 40 mgs of nolva for the first 5 days then back down to 20 for 9 days
    I went for blood tests everything came back fine, its all about your body there are recomended ways of doing pct, but in the end i feel it necessary to "listen" to your body. I have no signs of gyno, testical shrinkage or any other side associated with aas. I'm only one person i'm not recomending what I did, only offering a diffrent p.o.v .     cause i am using arimidex and i have it for 12 weeks, meaning 2 weeks extra after the cycle... what should i do with that?? and what will help to get my test back up to normal levels??
