Maybe im not the one to tell you this since I havent done any yet, but I dont think your going to get any responses until you tell them what your BF% is, how long you have been training, what your diet is like, and even then your probably going to hear at 160 you could put on some more natural weight first. just saving you from a headache

a few pounds can be acheived with better diet and training. im willing to bet these areas need improvement. as for the cycle i wouldnt run test less than 10 weeks and ur pct better be more than jus nolvadex. but if i was u at 160lbs i'd avoid cycling in gneral

Your to young to consider taking any AAS, also you haven't been training long enough to have build a good base and you dont train enough times per wk, if you do start something at your age you could damage your system for life, the goals you want out of it can easily be obtained by diet and a good training program, do this and build a good solid base to work from, then gains when you have cycled can be maintained alot easier
