Well if you diet is in check, work out routine, and rest then there is no need to go over 500mg becouse you will make excellent gains of it. As a lifter gains more and more mass it becomes that much more difficult to hang onto mass and gain mass. Thus why the more experianced guys run higher doses. There is no need to run a first cycle over 500 unless your stuff is like andropen which is normally dosed at 275. No need to go over 500 and deffiantly no need to go over 600
