i have wanted a pit bull for a few years. but i lived in australia. all my life until a year ago. and they are banned in australia or atleast queensland. but im glad i got a bull terrier instead of pitbull.

the dog dosnt respond to his name yet since i havnt picked him up. but whenever he sees me and i call him. he always comes. even when other people are playing with him. so hes really good dog. learning fast and bonding.

i go play with him soon. its good idea. by 2morow when i pick it up it will be happy. as where my mums 5 month old puppy was cautious for a week and wouldnt come in the same room as me for 4 weeks. cause it left the breeder at 8 weeks straight to my place

nice dog fosk, are those your forces in the pic b/c they look about through

  17. #17
yeh i been trying to get new air forces for a few weeks, either out of stock or not there. funny thing is those are only 2 months old. bit dirty cause of where im living now. cant clean them everytime i go out. the dog loves to chew my shoes!!!

umm well this is 11 lbs atm and expected to get to atleast 55 lbs. but they always grow bigger then the store says she said. somthing they say about all dogs.

today his real personality came out. he was attacking other dogs (in a playful way) trying to have sex with a few females. and chewing everything he could up in the store and what ur wearing, he got some real character in him hes a proformer!

Thats a nice pup. What breed of bull terrier is he?? Pedigree??

This is our Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Tyson.

He's nearly 3yrs old and weighs in at 62lbs as of just now. He was around 75lbs this spring but trimmed him down a little end of this year.

why dont i slap ur ass back to earth, 100% pitbull terriers and bull terriers are not fing pure breed, they still come with papers and people say they are, but its impossible if u know the ****ning history of ur dog. im not too sure about staffordshire, but i think they might have been breed the same way, im going to make a ****ing mess of ur stupid ass name when im finished.

Get a life you fvcking idiot!! Even mentioning that you're gonna "make a mess of my name"... what the hell does that mean?? I seriously doubt you're even an adult now, are you sure you're over 18 coz you have t be 18 to use this board!!

You have rather stupidly come onto a forum that without doubt has some very avid dog fanciers, and you've chosen to argue with old school English guys about our favourite heritage breed, the bull terrier.

The fact that you are stupid enough to think that a dog which has been either selectively bred or has not existed in it's current state for 5 million years, is not a pedigree, is just absolutely fvcking hilarious!!

Besides the fact that I asked if your dog was pedigree (I never mentioned the word purebreed) and then you said that no pedigre exists for Bull Terriers, including Staffordshire. But while we're here lets examine the meaning of the word pedigree, and in general the dog world.

If we were to go by your definition, what dog would be a purebreed then?? Coz the way you're spouting sh1t it would only be a wolf!! (Twat)

The word pedigree means to have a known lineage or genealogical history, more specifically with dogs is that the lineage is known to the Kennel Club or other relevant society. This is what makes a pedigree, the fact that we can trace or dogs ancestors back 10, 20, 30 generations!!

Even your use of the word purebreed is incorrect, so lets change it from now on to the corect term which is purebred. An extracted definition from wikipedia follows...

Purebreds, also called purebreeds or pedigreed, are cultivated varieties or cultivars of a species, achieved through the process of selective breeding. When the lineage of a purebred is recorded, that animal is said to be pedigreed. Therefore, although the terms are often used sysnonymously, there is a difference: all pedigreed animals are purebred, but not all purebred animals are pedigreed

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purebred, pp.1, ex. 16/12/06

Now, I am very sorry that your Bull Terrier is not a pedigree. However...

DO NOT start spouting BS like you have a clue what you're talking about!!

Actually buying dogs with papers is the best way to go. These dogs that you see in these pet stores are not bred correct and can have many complications in the future.

100% right, I hate seeing those pups in the pet store. They are just breed for money and too many of them have health problems in the future due to lack of testing. But you can get a good one, lets just hope this little guy is healthy. Goodluck man, strong looking dog.

Yeah man that's why people should be careful. I would only buy from a legit breeder with papers. They are more expensive but atleast they are bred the right way.

My mate has an american pit bull he got papered as a staffy by sneaking it into another litter he had (he breeds) (you're not allowed to breed american pits over here i dont think) but you should see the american pit/staffy crosses he breeds, hard as fvck they are, but great pets, absolute beasts, ill try an get some pics

Yeah pitbulls and any cross breeds are banned, but i know quite a few bloke who've got pure breds and crosses. It's not the dogs that are a problem, it's the owners!!

Pitbull Terrier, Tosa Inu, Dogo Argentino & Fila Brasileiro are all banned in the UK.

We're planning on driving to Portugal next year though to bring back a Tosa Inu, they're fabulous dogs. Incredibly large, incredibly obedient/loyal and without doubt THE hardest dog in the world!!

I've seen footage of a Tosa taking a lion down!! (Not a massive lion, but still a lion!!)

I would have to say the hardest dog imo is the rhodesian ridgeback, that was my dads favorite breed of dogs. Loyal, large, and fearless, I am looking into getting one within the next two years.
