LETRO for gyno

I am in my P.C.T now for a week.

My cycle was
Week 1-15 500mg Test cyp
Week 1-13 400mg EQ
Week 9-14 300mg Primo
Clomid 100mg ed
Nolva 20mg ed
Letro 2.5mg ed

I'm worried that I'm getting gyno so I started letro. I would normally be taking L/Dex in my P.C.T. Question is, should I substitute the L/Dex for Letro or take both?
