right now im on a cutting diet,and also taking clen/t3, and just wanted to know how much water to drink for best fat loss results.
at the monment Im drinking a gallon a day. is this good for fat loss or should i drink more. after a gallon im still thristy, i think it has something to do with the clen. are there any draw backs from drinking to much besides pissing like a water hose a day?
