I use to be 6'6 and 300 pds with a 9 % body fat.I also had a strick diet and I done cardio 7 days a week.I'm still 6'6 but I'am 250 with maybe a 12 to 15 % body fat.My wife lost her job so I had to get a 2nd job to help pay bills.So I could't afford to eat right or have the time to work out.But come 2007 Im going to try to get back into.I want to be back how I use to look or better.I not a complete noob at it I have done winstrol before.So what do you guys suggest.I want some gain that I can keep atleast some of it once I get off.
