You're going to have to give some stats: age, experience, ht, wt, etc.
A great base that will help keep you more on the lean side is Test Prop.
Depending on your experience and what your looking for you can stack with other cutters or go with a thermogenic stack such as clen/t3, etc.
IMO, the best way to cut is to have an ultra clean diet and a good cardio regimen....The AAS are just an added help.
