I'd get more real food in there personally, I mean 5 shakes??

Plus it'd be cheaper in the UK, go buy yourself some tesco value frozen chicken £3 a kilo and munch on that all day. It'll fill u up better too.

Definetly more real food. Protein shakes are just in case you dont have time to prepare a meal/post work out shake.

Btw, whats the point of doing biceps/back at same train?

I'm not after a critique of my food or training. I've been training for over sixteen years and I know what works for me. This is my log so I can refer and modify for future reference. Thanks.

If you're not after any input from anyone why not just do this in a word document on your own computer? you're gonna get input from people if you post it in a forum with thousands of people constantly on it.

Now go eat some real food!

Good idea about the word document. Stuff everyone else who may get ideas of their own from others trials and errors.
