Bino suggested shooting after working the bodypart. So, today i tried working tri's, then shooting.
Didnt work too well for me. like you said, it felt like i was injecting into a brick on my right tri. plunger wouldnt move at all, so I had to re-stick in the other tricep head.
For me, I like shooting in the mornings, and that's when i usually workout. Mental edge I guess. I think the only reason my first bicep workout was painful and lagged was because it was my first stick in each bicep. Tomorrow I'm going to shoot before workout and see how they feel. Then I'll think about restructuring my schedules.
