I can't give you any advice, but I'm glad to hear that the accident wasn't worse than that. Here's hoping you heal fast!
I had surgery right in the middle of my cycle so i kept it goin. Its a tough question me and hellmask figured that it prob would not be good on ur body shuttin it on and off cuz of surgery or in your case wreck so yea in my opinion cut the dose in half
I have had torn cartilage in both knees and a stress fracture in my right foot but I still worked out my upper body and made great gains.. now I have been cleared to lift with my legs and I will focus on them... AAS doesn't care about your situation.. it cares about your diet, your exercise routine, and your rest..... I do believe that when U work out your whole body including a large muscle group as your legs that it improves your overall gains but that u can stil make great gains even when u don't work them..Originally Posted by Black R/T

Recently i injured my rib and i cant do anything upper-body i must let it heal, imagine if i was in a cycle i would have been limited to legs only, that would have ruined the cycle for me.
Keep going with your cycle, you can work all other muscle groups and make good gains as stated above. The juice might even help you heal quicker.
Quite honestly I would Get OFF and do pct...Start again when you're healthy....Why would someone train their upper body alone???..Only to later realize their legs are way behind.
keep on keeping on brotha. i would have to say screw ur legs for a little bit. my legs grow way faster than my upper body. they will catch up.
lifes a garden, dig it
The way I look at it.. The extra red blood cells would help in regenerating. adding some GH would for sure help.
