I am 36 yrs young in the past through out my 20's I worked out religously.
up until the age of about 32. I started driving trucks over the road and have gotten out of shape. Now I am back at home for good and want to get back into shape took a physical and everthing check out fine. what can I do to increase energy and burn fat and how long would you advise someone to stay in the gym before doing AAS.![]()
