    PWO shake after anaerobics

    For my cardio, I do things like sprints, agilities, plyometrics and other stuff that lasts about 45 minutes, should i take a shake with protein and dextrose after this just like when i workout with weights since its anaerobic and takes alot out of you

    I wouldnt. Why would you want to spike insulin after cardio?

    i was just wondering because its intense training like sprinting and box jumps and stuff like that, which takes alot out of you, its anaerobic like lifting weights....

    i know not to after aerobic low intensity cardio such as walking, yeah that would be dumb, but would taking after sprinting and agilities and stuff like that be dumb also???? im just wondering
