Is this vitamin ok to have (2-5grams daily) with a good diet and workout?
anyone??![]()
i wouldnt see why not
5 grams might give you some B related sides, tingling in hands feet, possibly.
why so much b5 may i ask?
you can safely take up to 10 000mg per day without seeing any serious side effects, taking in too much of this vitamin B5 can cause diahrrea though.
I take these amounts as i have oily skin/acne, which really help with my skin.
You can take upto 10 grams per day with no sides, as this vitamin is water soluable.
Description:
Pantothenic Acid is one of the B vitamins (Vitamin B5) essential to a variety of bodily functions -- from growth to reproduction. It participates in the continual breakdown of carbohydrates, fat, and proteins from food, converting them into compounds that the body can use.
Will this effect my protein/fat/carbs that i take daily for my diet??
B5 in large doses when running AAS isn't something I want - I read somewhere that it causes the AAS to become weaker, it supresses its effects.
i have never done AAS, so im guessing it has no effect on my workout/diet?
It's just recently i have lost a few too many pounds.
i belive its b6, and anthony roberts said to use something else to control prolactin rather than it. caber/bromo nsteadOriginally Posted by FearlessFighter

B-5 is great but no need for too much
B-5 with Carnitine has a direct impact on ATP formation ( for the positive)
