    Natural pb, my favorite..Almonds..Steak can be a good pro fat meal..Many more these are just a few of my favorites..

    i eat all steaks with pots, sometimes even with fries

    i'm also 15%...but i used to be 40% so fuck it....gotta live somehow. If i was really that interested in being shredded i might follow the separation thing more strictly, but i'm not....

    Avocado, one of my favs. very high in potassium as well. Eggs, with the yolk.

    I go with leaner cuts. If there is visible fat, I will trim it off.

    The little bit of fat ont the steak makes it so much more tender though, Id leave the fat on until after you cook it then trim it off, just my opinion though, do whatever you feel is best.

    drink a half pint of whipping creme(not whippedcreme)almost 900 calories and its easy,i mix it in with my oatmeal,although this type of creme is not cheap,about $1.80 for a halfpint.and there's no sugar.
