Besides sending it to a lab I dont think you can do much at home, a pregnancy test will check if its HCG, if thats all clear then try it and wait for sides like CT etc.

Yes, just put a few drops on the test ant if you are pregnant its HCG!

If not then it could be anything....sugar maybe? Have you got any pics of it?

It looks ok to me but im no expert. I really would post them pictures in the pic forum, those guys can spot the smallest flaw and identify fakes that 99.9999% of us would think were the real deal.
