Test only cycle with mass as my only goal.


Week 1-10

500 mg of Test E (shot 2x per week @ 250 mg)

Week 12-16

15 mg of Nolva ED

Looks OK, you may want to consider an AI to run throughout to help with any bloat.
also may want a little more for PCT other than just Nolva. maybe Clomid, HCG, Proviron

Other than that, looks like a greta first cycle. eats lots and train heavy and you will grow

As a first timer I would include an anti E.The best is Aromasin at 12.5mg during cycle,you dont want to risk gyno right?

Well you cant ask here,as that is asking for a source is against rules.You should be able to pick it up from the guy you got your test and nolva from?

You need to research a little more and decide if you need them. They are all good during the cycle to help with boating caused by test E.

Well you could use both but I think Aromasin will do as your only using one compound,plus you have the advantage in running it in PCT. Aromasin and nolva is pretty much the best there is.

yes an AI would be recommened for during cycle. as goose said, aromasin is a solid choice, other options are arimidex and proviron. the nolva to be used during pct

I have done hundreds of hours of reasearch on this very forum and I have decided that the only pct compound that I am going to use is Nolva. Also, I will have it on hand for signs of gyno during cycle.

I dont care about bloating too much. I just want to make some serious gains. And with this test only, moderate dose cycle, I thought that Nolva would be plenty with the exception of hcg witch I cannot seem to locate.

Well buddy,your hundreds of hour are not that Impressive. I’ve always been in favor of using Nolvadex during PCT, along with an AI, because reducing estrogen levels has been positively correlated with an increase in testosterone so in my mind, it’s be beneficial to increase testosterone by as many mechanisms as possible while trying to recover your endogenous testosterone levels after a cycle,dont you want to keep your gains as much as you can? SO which AI do we use? Letro or A-dex? Well, why don’t we just keep using whichever one we used during the cycle, and add in some Nolvadex? Unfortunately, Nolvadex will significantly reduce the blood plasma levels of both Letrozole as well as Arimidex . So if we choose to use one of them with our Nolvadex on PCT, we’re throwing away a bit of money as the Nolvadex will be reducing their effectiveness.This is when armosin come into play, Aromasin, at that dose, will raise your testosterone levels by about 60%, and also help out your free to bound testosterone ratio by lowering levels of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), by about 20% …SHBG is that nasty enzyme that binds to testosterone and renders it useless for building muscle.Hence the perfect PCT,just trying to help

Sure you can,and it will work perfect,just not Optimal.Remember you have many ways to do things,nothing is right or wrong.Your cycle is a basic so that would be perfect.

Thanks for all of your help and wisdom. I have read this thread 20 times and I am reading 2 different things.

Should I use the nolva and arimidex for pct only or do I run either of them during the cycle. Of course I will run the nolva during if gyno symptoms appear.

The nolva and arimidex for pct,run these together for 4 weeks.

During cycle use arimidex too,to prevent bitch tits and reduce water from the test.
