How does this look for building strong, big legs?
Squats
4 sets of 20,20,15,15 (The higher rep squats seem to work better for me as a mass builder)
Hack Squats
3 sets of 10,10,10
Leg A**uctor
3 sets of 12,12,12 (Not going too too heavy cuz can cause injury)
Lying Leg Curls
3 sets of 10,8,6 (go heavy)
Standing Calf Raise
3 sets of 20,20,20 (Go heavy with feet pointed outwards)
Leg Press Calf Raise
2 sets of 8,6
Just wanted to see if this seemed good and if anyone had any advice they wanted to throw in about leg workouts.
