    Need Direction

    I am 41 years old and started powerlifting about two years ago. I have always competed in drug free but recently started taking testosterone replacement. I was always tired, run down and had no sex drive, I had my levels checked and they were extremely low. He put me on 200mg of test weekly. I have a couple of questions? First, should I stop the therapy from time to time or do it every week and what would be the best thing to take for strength? I do not want to take bunch of stuff.

    "best thing" for strengh ....no
    will it increase your strength ...yes

    and i would follow the doctors orders on when to stop

    200mg might give you some gains.....but is a relatively low dose....
    post your stats and people will be able to help you better..ie height weight body fat% ....

    I am 6’ tall, I weigh 235 and have about 18% body fat. I squat 500, bench 395, and dead 490.

    ok well....im not one to comment all that much seeing as how i have little experience ....but ive read deca with a test base works well for a powerlifter.... but wait for someone with more experience to comment.....

    just ot get this straight tho....you are looking to up the dosage that the doctor suggested so you get better gains? or do you want ot change compounds or youre not sure?

    IMO, as I read Trenbolone give you strenght. anadrol, dianabol also incease
    strenght.

    I want to add to what I am taking and I want to make sure it is the best for strength. I have lifted for many years and have taken aas in the past but I was young and dumb and had no clue on how to eat or train. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
