God damn. Im just getting started with cardio again and today I did a exercise we always used to do back when I was wrestling.
You do one high jump and touch the ceiling with your hand, then drop down do one pushup and one situp, then repeate but do 2 of everything and then 3 ect up to 10 and back down to one again.
Well I got to 6 before I thought I was gonna puke. My legs feels like they are going to burst and my lungs are bleedingWhy cant it be as eazy to get into shape as it is to get out of shape

This is probably the worst shape I have been in since the time I was a real fatass. The coming weeks are going to hurt.
