Hi ladies, I am new to all of this and I am not sure how I should train. Maybe someone can help. I am 29 with 2 kids, I work out and take Whey and creatine. I am 108 and 5'4 I want to bulk and get cuts. I was going to start N.O Explode or Shotgun. I am not sure what to do. I want to see results fast and safe so from that point I can maintain it.
