Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to take post work out other than protein. Heres my delima I don't get to the gym until in between 9 and 10 pm at night and don't get done until about 11pm-12am most nights I cant go home and suck down a shake of casein protein because I throw it back up, I don't take to many supplements aside from a protein shake, glutamine and some vitamins. I was wondering if there is anything out there for post work out thats not as heavy as protein but will help me heal as well as protein does. Maybe some amino acid after a work out I'm looking for something light that I wont vomit back up.
