    wheat tortillas??

    has anyone ever tried whole wheat tortillas?? they got em at my grocery store. whats the deal with em?

    They are nice. I like making soft tacos with them.

    Have you seen those rather large wheat tortillas that have like 58% of your recommended daily fiber in each one? Theyre insane! Stuff one down and your full an hour! Im glad you brought this up...hopefully Ill remember to look for them when I get back to college in a few days.

    Yes, my wife and I buy those high fiber ones. She'll make an ommellete from 3 eggs whites, 1 full egg, and some veggies (mushrooms, onions, red pepper) and this gets rolled into into the torilla. It makes for a nice meal at work.

    I try to stray away from grains only once in a while. Humans do not digest grains well and it leads to fat storage/accumulation.
