    Ultimate Diet Plan

    Ok guys... Heres the diet im currently following. Got it off a site called MuscleLabs which is currently down.

    My goal is to bulk and bulk big I shall!

    Wake: Protein Shake USN 3 scoops (67.5g)



    Breakfast 7:30am: 130 g Oats made with semi skimmed milk + Sweetener
    200ml Glass of orange juice




    10:30 am: Tuna burgers (2 burgers) in Wholegrain/granary(75g each) x 2
    Banana



    Lunch 1:00pm: 230 g Chicken Breast
    200g Brown rice/couscous
    Large green salad, with ½ avocado and seeds(sunflower etc)


    3:00pm: As above



    Hour pre work out: Banana
    3 Scoops USN protein, mixed in 200g low fat yoghurt
    8 rice cakes


    Workout: .................................................. ...............



    Post work out: 3 Scoops USN Protein
    50 g Dextrose
    5 g Glutamine




    Evening meal 1: 200g Lean Steak
    hour later 2 Medium jacket Potatoes
    Mixed Vegetables
    Glass of Semi Skimmed milk.





    9:30 pm: Shake- 200g low fat yoghurt
    1tsp peanut butter
    100 g Oats
    300ml milk
    3 Scoops USN Protein



    Before bed: 300g Cottage Cheese
    7 Rice cakes
    Handful of nuts



    Water to be drunk throughout the day, a minimum of 4 litres.


    Calories 7200

    Total Fat 133g

    Satuarted Fat 33g

    Carbohydrates 843g

    Dietary Fibre 78g

    Sugars 165g

    Protein 615g

    7000 cals? 800 carbs? 600 protein?

    did u do any research or did Ronnnie Coleman give u this diet?

    bro 7000 calories seriously man?

    800 grams of carbs??

    600 grams of protein?

    THATS WAY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FOOD...

    Somehow i think you equate bulk with fat.. because that's a shitload of calories... sugar especially.

    7200 kcals is maintenance for someone 350 + lbs.. lean.

    So either claculate your current BMR.. and add a 500 kcal suplus to it.. reclaculating your BMR and the surplus as you gain.

    Or... estimate your BMR @ 20 lbs heavier.. and eat that many kcals.

    Way too many cals and fat for your size. IMO you will be very unhappy with the results. There are many good bulking diets on this board. Suggest you check some of them out.
