Well I shocked myself in the gym today, had a great bench workout, and bench is something I'm not known for compared to other lifts. 1st work set was 315/8, then 365/6, then 405/2. First one was clean, second one my buddy had his fingertips on it. Then we pyramided back down to 225. I'm stoked, and this is off cycle, can't wait to see how my lifts go up when I start gassin' again soon. just thought to share
