Should you add more to what?
Do you plan to use all these exercises in one session?
I split them in2 2 sessions
Squats
Leg Curls
Leg Extension
Deadlift/Striaght Leg
Full Squats
And then
Calf Raise
Calf Raise Reverse
Forward Lung
When i train my body parts how many exercises should i do in 1 session
For instance how many for
Traps?
Shoulders?
Back?
Biceps?
Triceps?
Top leggs?
Bottom Leggs?
I suggest you read some stickies.
A sample split is as follows, some people prefer doing antagonist muscle groups or agonist muscle groups depending on your proference. example.
Day 1- Chest/Tri's
2- Back/Bis
3- Legs
4- Shoulders
or
Day 1- Chest/Bis
Day 2- Back/Tris
Day 3- Hams/Shoulders
Day 4- Quads/Calves
Just for example off the top of my head. If you want more help I will help you out.
Day 1- Biceps,Triceps,Traps
Day2-Chest & Calfs
Day3-Back
Day4-Shoulders & Top part of Legs
Get a training workout book from your local library or bookstore, u will be surprise with the fundamentals they have to offer. I suggest one by Bill Pearl called "Getting Stronger" or try this online training program http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htmOriginally Posted by Kevinjg
