Hey guys great sight ya got here! Okay, well I'm 21 years old, 6'0, about 165 lbs. (yea i know scrawny!) Not sure of body fat %. I had lifted for about 2 years before shattering my elbow about 9 months ago. Just starting to get back into it. I lost most of what I gained since I couldnt do anything. My diet is good. I have generally been skinny my whole life, and its hard for me to gain even with a great routine and a great diet. I've been doing a lot of reading on the site, and there is a ton of great info. I've been looking at Deca, Dbol, and Test E to start off with. This is my first cycle, so I can use all the help I can get. Thanks allot for any help!
