    BCAA's

I ordered a tub (so I thought) of BCAA's which I just received today from trueprotein.com. It came in a plastic bag, zip tied saying BCAA's in permanent marker. There is no scoop, how am I to figure out the right amount PWO

did you ignore the thing that said in a bag w/o a scooper?

    1 teaspoon is 5g.

The normal measurement would be around:

5000 Mg Of Branched Chain Amino Acids Per Serving = 1 Rounded Teaspoon (5g)

Oh god. Don't even get me started on creatine ethyl ester. That stuff I swear kills my taste buds and helps me eat the same cardboard food every day

Get a portable blender, get 1/2 tablespoon of crystal light.. bingo

Forget the CEE, that stuff is junk anyway IMO and not worth the horrible taste.

I figured that out about a month afterwords.

Creatine never did shit to me anyway.

    Dont recommend it

Is trueprotein.com and 1fast cheaper than Prosource.net. Great thing about prosource is that you can as much as you want for standard $4.95 shipping

pretty much all creatine has worked well for me, but since you are supposed to absorb a much higher percentage of CEE i have been using it for the last year or so. im really not in touch with my body enough to say it works better than the monohydrate though.

Just to chime in....i've used true protein a bunch of times with my clients and myself. the owner is that guy Dante (DC training inventor). His customer service is getting rave reviews and his turnaround is pretty quick. I like that you can customize your protein powders and make your own blends.

ya, I saw that you could customize the protein or creatine with what percent of different products you want....I'll have to try that next time.
