    hello everyone

Just saying hey. I am 33 yrs. old, 6' tall and 225 lbs. I did Test and Winny when I was in high school fifteen years ago. I did them each at seperate times. I had pretty good results with both, but got busted by my parents, as I was still living at home then, so I stopped, and never thought about it again. So here I am fifteen years later, already starting to feel the age monkeys on my back ( tired all the time, weight gain, etc.)and wanted to lose some weight and try to look a little better. So I did a search and found this forum. I must say, this place is extremely informative, and I also like the fact that things like porno and using the F bomb every other word are policed. So anyway, I'm looking to gain some muscle mass, not alot to start off with (I certainly don't need to raise any red flags from people at work and every where else), but mostly just trim down and lose my gut. I seem to only gain fat around my waist and I hate it. It doesn't matter if I weigh 200 or 250, I still have a gut and I hate it. I'm not really interested in doing more than one kind of gear at a time, and really don't have allot of money to throw around for something like HGH. So what would you guys recommend? I promise I'll try to remember all of the rules when posting and if I mess up, it's not intentional.

    Doug

welcome bro...most here will advise to get BF% down under 15% b4 thinking of adding AAS to your training

you mentioned feeling tired all the time and gaining fat easier and that you did a cycle b4 when younger without PCT. I also did something similar and found out recently I have low testosterone levels and need to take it for life now.

I reccommend a good doctor that will test your hormone levels and all other pertanent blood work.

    best of luck

thanks, yeah I've wondered in the past if I might have low testosterone, but I thought there's no way cause I still get horny and can have sex just fine. I figured if I could get hard then that probably wasn't the case. What kind of things besides being tired led you to get tested and stuff?

now your guessing....i was a horn dog b4 going on TRT but I do have to admit...the exo test has increased libido/wood even more but i wouldn't go on just the fact that your sexual function is fine...that is just one symptom for low T and it won't hurt in any way to know where your level is now anyway

again...you mentioned belly fat an issue....testosterone is a key hormone in the distribution of fat in your body

    good luck my friend

I think I will talk to my Doc. Do you feel noticeably better after starting the TRT? And did it help your physique?

Wow, this is very ineresting. That would explain so much about my attitude and tiredness, etc.

    Thanks, Doug

yes bro...the test was definately the key in my case where my levels were low normal....

whether one needs it for life or a cycle is of course individual...one whose levels are high already wouldn't need to go on for life of course so that's why I always reccommend knowing where your levels are so that you have something to refer back to

and yes my TRT has helped my mood and physique

    good luck to you bro
