Acromioclavicular arthroscopy/mumford, shoulder still not 100% 2 months later.

I am in weeek 4 (Surgery was 2 months ago) of a nandrolone/testosterone/masteron/dianabol cycle and the nandrolone has helped a LOT with my ROM after the surgery but my shoulder is still not 100% yet, though I thought it was.

Kinda thought it would be ok by now but maybe I am being impatient. It seemed like I was fine til I started lifting again, guess I overestimated my recovery status. I am going to keep up the cycle but I guess I gotta start even lighter then I am.

I get a cramp in that shoulder after my chest workout so I ice it a little and I can't go full ROM the last few reps, just seems like it will hurt so I limit myself. I experience shoulder cramps before my chest is even exhausted which sucks. I end up having to do 7 sets of 6-10 reps instead of 4 sets of 12+ reps with the same weight.

Doc, ya think I just need to give it more time? Or should I "work through the pain" ?

Geez, after reading this post, that is pretty obvious that I just need to give it more time. Damnit, it really did seem like I was fine.

oh yeah, just be careful for a few months longer and stay away from heavy flat bench and heavy arm curls and you will be back to normal within a year

yea I can do back/biceps with no problems but triceps adn chest and even squats can be a problem.

My shoulder joints seem to get sore and give out before my chest does, it sucks because i cannot train like I want to. I gues I will just have to lay off of it for longer than I wanted to. I am kinda unsure if it is the kind of soreness/pain to work through or if I should stop.....
